Drive WV10 north of Lashmeet to the Hiawatha Baptist Church. 1.3 miles north of that turn right on Dott Rd and follow for approximately 1.4 miles to the fillup.
This is a "fill up" location that is apparently spring fed. It seems to run when all else is dry according to Nicole who reported this fall and supplied the photos.
There's also another small fall down the road a short way, back up in the brush off the road. (37.478, -81.2462).
