Hemlock Falls is a waterfall in the Kanawha State Forest. The trail is a 2.2 miles, moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Charleston, West Virginia that features a waterfall. The trail is rated as moderate.

There is a trailhead off of Middle Fork Dr. on the east side of the forest property. Drive north from the Kanawha State Forest Campground on Dunlop Hollow Rd for 1.6 miles and turn left on Polly Hollow. Follow for 2 miles to the trailhead on your right.
